Actually, however long Aqua Ring lasts for. Doesn't it never wear off? What I took from your post was that you thought it might be too broken, but fuck that. There's still non-contact physical moves, special moves, and contact moves used by pokemon that resist Fire. Fuck it.

Now it's kind of "locked" into Pokémon with the idea of some familiar connection, and unless renamed, may never in the future be given to Pokémon like Ambipom, Hitmontop, Weezing, Dodrio, Hydreigon (may be too OP unless nerfed), Dugtrio, etc.
