STAB Jump Kick (hopefully ORAS will give Hi Jump Kick) is fantastic with Scrappy. Hits Sableye and Aegislash for SE damage.
Normal/Fight + Scrappy = unresisted coverage anon.
Inevitable boost to Speed and Attack means it's set for greatness on top of its already good bulk.
Return/Jump Kick/Ice Punch/(Quick Attack/Encore)
Possible Drain Punch move tutor as well.
The only thing I have issues with is its braided ears since I miss the fluffy pre-mega. Still, there's lots to be excited over.
