Yet those shit tier villain teams didn't bother to use this gem of a Pokemon, Wallace as Champion in Emerald at time was the only one smart to use it. Hope at least Team Aqua will give it a shot in case their teams will be buffed.
Was my bro in Silver/Crystal where I got a shiny Tentacool next to Pallet Town, used one in my last Sapphire run, one in Soul Silver and aiming to use it again in future. I even feel comfy to grind it to L.100.
