You're going to want Thunder Wave. It's more valuable. I used to run the general WOW, Hydro Pump, Volt Switch, and Trick set, but after just one game where a Hydro Pump miss cost me my long streak, I subbed Shadow Ball for Hydro Pump and Thunder Wave for WOW.

Yeah, pull them both out. This Rotom-W doesn't take physical all that well, but Porygon2 is really bulky.

Also, Salamence gets an Intimidate off as a lead.
