There are quite a few pokemon capable of revenge killing Shaymin-S in OU but none of them can consistently switch in on it or force it out, so yes, it would break OU.

Also there are a lot of pokemon incapable of dealing with Shaymin-S

It's not just the serene grace bullshit, it's also the fact that seed flare drops your sp.def by TWO stages on impact. That along with the fact it can learn earth power to handle most of its checks makes ridiculous.

But again, Heatran counters the fuck out of Genesect, and Blastoise counters Heatran easily. Especially Mega Blastoise
