Mixed capabilities with an amazing movepool and stats, however the SR and the damage it will take while trying to set up will keep it manageable for the revenge killers and rare stuff like Unaware Clefable that will still take a shitton of damage by Aerialate Return / Double Edge / Thrash alone.
I'm sure some former banned Pokemon will be retested on simulators, and current suspected and reported ones like Mawile will keep their OU position when ORAS will be back.

Mega Gengar and Blaziken (mega or not won't be retested for obvious reasons I guess).
Just imagine SD/BP Blaziken passing to Salamence/Metagross/Swampert and many other mons.
We'll have SD/BP Scolipede instead, a whole new level of brokeness for the new physically oriented megas.
