Mega Altaria will rise to RU. It fucks over Druddigon as a virtue of its typing (even more if its getting Defog as a tutor move), and handily resists stuff like Fire moves from Delphox and Fighting moves from Hitmonlee. Zoroark cannot touch it, especially if it's special bulk increases. Unfortunately, it gets shat on by stuff like Doublade though, as well as most other steel types.
