Is there even a stat spread of 100 points and an ability that together would make Dunsparce viable as a Mega slot?
Only things I can think of are Wonder Guard, some variant of Gale Wings, or Huge Power, the latter two being thematically inappropriate.

this is my biggest problem with mega evolution, pokemon with lower base stats just get screwed over by only getting +100
