Even better would be if you could use a move that forced things to switch out, so you'd be putting extra damage on everything.

Use a non-set up sweeper to bring whatever you can to low HP or net some KOs (Talonflame comes to mind, and he has less HP than Sally does) and cripple whatever will get in Salamence's way with one or two other teammates, and then bring Sally in on something thats outsped and in OHKO range - Low health Scizors wont want to take a Return and you MIGHT be carrying fire fang, so this is a prime target.
They switch out into mamoswine or something to counter your dragon while you DDance and then sweep with Double Edge
