Its entirely about the content of the question he asked and how readily avaliable it is. Like you could LITERALLY google "Hidden power Fairy" and the first few results are along the lines of "Can I even get hidden power fairy?". There are entire databases dedicated to the storage of pokemon information such as Hidden Power Calculations, none of them contain fairy in them
