>>20404357I agree with basically this whole post. Salamence's stats are already fucking stellar, depending on the mega distribution it could be fucking insane. It already gets access to EQ/Fire Blast for coverage along with its Aerilate stab, and it could even run Dragon stab if it wanted to. The only problem I see with Megamence is it suffering from 4-move syndrome: If it wants to set up it'll have to sacrifice a slot, and if it wants to Roost it'll have to sacrifice another. I can definitely see it getting banned. If it isn't, Skarmory, Dragonite, and Heatran could shoot up in usage.
Lopunny seems good on paper, but since it's a glass cannon mon, it'll probably get destroyed by birdspam, Mega Pinsir, and Mega-cham. I'm sure there will also be mons that can simply wall it. I think it will shine in UU (as long as M-Alakazam stays BL) but won't quite make it to OU in the end.
