The ones about Team Rocket stealing your Pokemon, using your Master Ball on a Fearow, Flying behind Bill's Garden, getting a Mew for a complete Pokedex, finding a prize under the truck and Pichu being an evolution of Raichu are all fake and don't appear in the magazine that Oak's Poke Tips come from.
