If so, is there any nature you'd recommend for it?, I don't know jack shit yet about breeding, but it seems natures are somewhat hereditary seeing how the offspring of my 3IV Modest Turtwig were mostly composed of mons with very similar natures.
Also, I have ripper cloth, electrizer and protector, I only have one of each, but you can have whichever you like since I hate jewing around.

Also safari Dittos can go for low-tier legends, like Virizion or Uxie.
Third, rare bank-only pokemon. Again, I've traded low-tier legends for literally lv. 1 Yamask.
Last but not least, you can ask based genners to make a legend for you and start the cycle.
