We discussed it already. She's UU at best, Normal/Fighting is weak to birdspam and Scrappy is a waste of an ability when there's one usable ghost in all of OU.

Also, it's not an Aegislash counter, even if Aegislash was in OU. Shield lives HJK and OHKO's with Sacred Sword. And if it uses KS Lopunny is fucked.

Lopunny can either encore or HJK. Aegislash can either KS or SS.

If Lopunny encores and Aegislash uses KS, then Aegislash is forced to switch. 1 point for Lopunny.

If Aegislash uses SS instead, Lopunny is OHKO'd. 1 point for Aegislash.

In short, all Aegislash has to do against a Lopunny is use Sacred Sword. Either way, if Lopunny stays in it's going down.

Of course, it can always get greedy and attempt to King's Shield, which is in fact a toss up. But the point is that the Aegislash player has a choice whereas the Lopunny player doesn't. No matter what the Lopunny player does they're taking a chance. SS is a safe bet.

I think Lopunny is pretty much what a mega should be. The stats and ability greatly improve it, giving it a definite place in the meta if you use it well, but it is never going to be stupidly overpowered like some others. Will be interesting to see where it ends up.

Guys, Lopunny is fine against an aegislash. You can't just say "Sacred Sword kills it" when there is no possible outcome where a skilled Lopunny user will LET an aegislash use sacred sword. Slap on encore and Aegislash is either dead or switched out, 100% of the time.

I think it's viable enough in OU scene without 100% being in OU.

UU it will be utterly rapetastic though, Those High Jump kicks with utility like Encore.

It's one of two megas that actually gets lighter upon megaevolving (check poekbeach I'm not spoonfeeding you) and the only other mega to do that is M-Mewtwo Y. Which loses defences.

It's a possibility that it could lose defences and gain attack for it. A fairly likely possibility.
