As seen in this trailer, Shiftry can now randomly learn leaf blade, when it was never able to previously. It would be HIGHLY unlikely that oras pokemon get a different level up movepool than xy pokemon. You know what that means?

Why exactly? It happened before with remakes and I think even 3rd versions.

Also in XY trailers I believe there was a case or two of Pokemon using moves they couldn't actually use. I think Fairy Wind was one, don't remember what Pokemon though.

Yes they will, she will learn Leaf Blade via move relearner, and Power Whip through breeding, meanwhile Gengar will get Earth Power and Ice Beam, even though they don't make any sense.

Swalot got Earthquake in gen 4, he couldn't learn it in gen 3.

Another example within the same gen, Aggron could learn Head Smash in HGSS, but couldn't in Platinum even though he could easily get it from Rampardos.
