I have information on the seventh generation of Pokemon, Versions One and Two.

Unlike past generations, there will be many differences between the two versions. Each version is based around the number in the game's name. In Version One, there won't be very many choices; there is one starter, one rival, one Pokemon per route, one available Mega Evolution, etc. In Version Two, however, there are many more choices. Nearly everything related the the number 1 in Version One relates to the number 2 in Version Two.

With more choices comes a sharp increase in difficulty, however. After beating the fourth gym in Version Two, all Trainers' Pokemon are EV trained as if they were Pokemon from the PWT or Battle Maison. The AI difficulty is also equivalent to that of Challenge Mode in Black/White 2. Version One retains the normal difficulty setting throughout the game.

A rough release window for these two games is September of 2017.
