I just went though them and checked, it fits perfectly.
Milotic moved back 5 spaces and Gallade, Probopass, Magnezone, Budew, Roserade all have relatives before it.
Pikachu moved back 7, and between it and Milotic, Dusknoir and Chingling have relatives.
Finally Salamence moved back 9 with Rhyperior and Froslass's evolutionary relatives between it and Pikachu.
Better than HG/SS only acknowledging the evolution they couldn't stop due to naturally learning the moves to make them happen at least. At least if something can evolve now, it's acknowledged and implemented.
Unless they add some kind of 'Native Hoenn' and 'New Hoenn' dexes that fill up side by side, we're looking at just over 200 Pokémon again.
