if you dont ohko the pokemon, you are more or less guaranteed to die to a stab move that isnt resisted
cant even run eviolite because of its over dependence on the light ball.
i've been using a pikachu in ou with quick attack, fakeout, volt tackle, and brick break, but having to run jolly because of its subpar base 90 speed prevents it from ohko-ing stuff like tyranitar and skarmory.
overall, it's not terrible, but there are better electric types around.
