Personally, I think Pyroar does kill and eat other Pokemon, much like any other predatory animal irl. I know there's some mention of them hunting Bunnelby, but that sounds like a bit of an understatement.

Also, I'm sure other Pokemon kill and eat other species as well. I can't convince myself that they don't.
