+30 feels a little low to me, but I'm really not sure what to expect. I think I'd like to see something like a +50 to attack, +20 to speed, and the rest into its defenses. Maybe +50 isn't realistic though.

Fake Out is bad unless you're playing doubles.

For singles a set of Return/HJK/Encore/Healing Wish will be pretty cool. With neutral coverage from STABs alone, and two hard-hitting STABs. Fast encore is really good, and Healing Wish is clutch.

Yeah these aren't top threats, but they're pretty damned viable and I expect Lopunny to be roughly the same level: lower tier (well except Mega Man) but plenty good in OU. You can expect that much of a Scrappy Normal/Fighting with a wide movepool without wanting to fuck it.

People refer to smogon tiers even when not talking about 6v6 singles because it gives a rough indication of how good something is. If it's good in OU, and is not a wallmon like Chansey or Skarmory, it's probably good in doubles, too. There's a very large overlap, with the only exceptions being if it has things like Follow Me, Helping Hand, Wide Guard, Intimidate, etc.

Oh and Mega Lopunny is probably going to be very good in doubles, much better than in singles. The fast Fake Out, as well as the ability to Encore support moves and nail Mega Mom, is very good. It also gets Helping Hand, though I doubt it has enough room to fit it in, or other support moves like Charm/Baby-Doll Eyes and Thunder Wave.

That's VGC bud. Right now most of the good fighting types aren't available, or are too flawed to succeed in doubles but are good in OU.

Also when you have a reliable secondary STAB to hit things with you don't mind things like that. See: Garchomp.

The highest single stat increase for Megas is 50. Mewtwo and Heracross are the exceptions, they get +80 and +60 Attack, respectively.

I have a feeling that both Lopunny and Altaria's Megas will get +50 Attack.

Nature: adamant

-drain punch
-sweet kiss/Return/PuP/Baton pass
/ice punch
Scrappy is the beauty of this set, meaning almost NOTHING can switch in safely to this bahamamama. Drain punch is for reliable recovery, and is mandatory on the set, as per lack of leftovers. The last move is highly arguable. I believe sweet kiss would be perfect so that you can easily set up a sub and slap the shit out of your opponent before he even has a chance to blink. Return for reliable second STAB, but not really necessary. Power up punch could be an interesting option, making her FP'ing even more deadly, and picking off weakened enemies, nulling sturdy etc. Baton pass to pass a sub to a counter, expediting the mons set up. And lastly ice punch for intimidators and dragunnns who could ruin your fun.

Evs are for hitting as hard as possible, while being able to take some hits. Not sure what speed tier she'll be in yet but this should be good for now

The BST paradigm of Megas had been to add 100 to it so I'd say +100 to attack and the rest stay the same

Or even +90 to attack, and +10 to speed. Her defenses are slightly above average for a normal shitmon; its her attack that needs remediation
