Is this a viable moveset?

Double team
Calm mind
Petal blizzard
Dazzling gleam

I use double team first and then calm mind if i can, then spam dazzling gleam or go for triple evasion. It works best in singles but what pokemon would be good to have it with in double battles

Even with Quadruple Evasion, you can still get hit. There's also a lot of moves that don't miss, pokemon that don't miss, etc. Also, Forges is already shit to begin with. And someone can easily outspeed it and OHKO or cripple it before you start double-teaming it.

So, in short. No.

Non-viable 'mon.
Non-viable moveset.

It would get eaten alive in Doubles. Doubles does not fuck around.

Moonblast is a better move for a special wall, at least in my opinion. I wish it wasn't such a bad mon in doubles with two abilities that only work in doubles. If it had a decent defensive ability like Natural Cure it wouldn't be so bad.

Hell, it's even falling out of favor in UU since Blissey came down.

Petal Blizzard is a physical move anon. Replace with another grass move.

Personally I go for grassy terrain + Energy ball combo to give florges STAB in energy ball. Plus leftovers give it 1/8 HP recovery.

Mine works great as a bulky support though it has to have Moon-blast so you aren't setup bait. Aromatherapy, wish and protect all work quite nicely. Its bulky enough to live a hit or two, and it will get at least one of your vital mons back into the game if something goes bad.

Sadly, aromatisse gets aromatherapy and Sylveon gets heal bell, so Florges has no real niche or defining characteristics besides no moves and no abilities. Damn, and I really like Florges too. I wish it was a bulky attacker or sweeper

Tried it once because a friend recommended it. Absolutely horrible. It can't hit for good damage, and thats the only thing it can try to do with an Assault Vest on. It has no way to recover, so it gets whittled down. Its honestly just set up bait.

If you have less than 120 offense with no set up move, damage boosting abilities or items, and a high BP move with STAB applied(Talonflame and Victini for instance), you aren't going to dent much that isn't Fairy-weak or frail on the special side.

Calm Mind (I guess you can go Protect)
Energy Ball
Moonblast

Maybe fit Toxic in there if you wsnt.

While we're on it, Eviolite Floette is a bitch in NU.

Also Florges are blue, not red.

It's honestly not.

Slurpuff is a useless, aggressively bad sweeper that is stopped by so much shit.

Florges is just sort of eclipsed by better pokemon with roughly identical stats and movepool, but better stats and abilities.
