What the fuck happened to the Smogon analyses?

I was just looking at Hippowdon's to see what tier it was in, and the tags said UU. The very first set is for Ubers and mentions being able to take on Zekrom.

This isn't the only Pokemon that gets these weird analyses, it's on Victini's page too, and probably a lot more. Some of the analyses are written in bullet points and some of them are written in the usual way.

Why is the XY Pokedex so unprofessional compared to last gen?
