The leaker didn't think that one through, so isn't innocent, but Pomf still should have had the common sense to avoid disclosing leaker identities. If he doesn't want to look like he stole work, then he can put a disclaimer. He's either a fucking moron or did it on purpose and either way would make people hate him.
Further, fuck him, advertising is one of the most efficient and popular ways to generate revenue from websites especially from a site that receives a lot of traffic. That's like saying television stations show ads to 'keep their network going'. Money might go back into the site but doubtful that ALL of it does.
