>>20451175I actually hate this pokemon more than any other. It's the stupidest, most useless pokemon to have ever been invented. The upteenth stupid water fish, that looks fucking retarded, has terrible stats, a terrible movepool, a boring water typing, and stupid abilities like any other fish pokemon. It's completely useless and as such, nobody even gives a fuck about it. It's the literal definition of dex filler and it's completely stupid. They could have at least made it water/bug, given it some moves like bug buzz and given it a better ability than the 3 typical water type abilities, swift swim storm drain and water veil, to avoid those nasty burns!
It's also got probably the shittiest stats of any fully evolved pokemon. They for some reason gave it a decent speed and complete shit everything else so it's basically useless, even in the bottom of NU it's completely useless. Worst pokemon ever designed, and I never believe people who say they like it. If you honestly like this pokemon, you are trying way too hard to look cool and be a hipster because there's literally no redeemable qualities to it.
Competetively? None whatsoever. It's complete shit in-game and against other people.
Design? Again, none. It's yet another stupid fish pokemon yet this time has stoner eyes.
Sorry but you really have to grasp to find even one thing to like about this pokemon. Really, the only answers that can work here are, "I like the color blue, and this pokemon is blue!" or "I think stoners are funny, and this pokemon looks like a stoner!" That's pretty much it. Other then that, this pokemon is shit.
