no you stupid fuck 75 accuracy is way too goddamn high. It should be 30 or so like the OHK moves. While you have ample time to kill the pokemon, you also have ample time to do stat boosts, so it shouldn't be higher or lower imo

I was comparing the move to the OHK moves, in that they can function like the OHK moves in that you can have ample time to kill, but you can also stack stats. Of course they can always switch out.

Eh... why would Razor wind be Steel? It's just sharp, not made of steel/iron/w/e, same goes for Rock Smash, it's using a fist to smash a stone, not using a rock fist.

what a stupid move, it needs to be 70/30 good/bad to be useful, otherwise you're rolling a 50/50 shot at a stat boost with your move that turn, while your opponent can use one of his moves.

1 PP only and Priority Bracket -7, even that way maybe it would be broken.
Maybe make it normal priority, double turn not affected by Power Herb, like Wish, but if you switch into anything, the pokemon who comes on Arceus place faints too and doesnt affect ghost (like every normal type move).
