What do you think the chances are that this Pikachu actually has a different and much higher BST compared to normal Pikachu, kind similar to Eternal Flower Floette? Will Pikachu finally be decent?

It only has these moves according to what costume it has. How it has this power, I don't know. I would say, however, that is implied the moves can't be passed even if it could breed, and watch them block breeding it just because they can. I'm more disturbed as to what this means. Pokemon aren't as limited as the games make them out to be. They can actually perform other moves.

So no eviolite or lightball work? I still know it's something like SE Pichu. Cosplay Pikachu =Complitely useless (sure she's usefull for contest).
Eternal Flower Floette, instead, got good base stats and the signature move Light of Ruin.

I think literally 0% of this post is actually confirmed.

Like we could be just entirely fucked over with Floette just like Arceus and end up never actually having Light of Ruin on it or even getting it as an event or something.

Like all that testing and stuff for shadow tag chandelure when it got banned

If it actually works like rotom formes and it gets a new move on forme change and stat changes, then 100+ base speed, ability to hold light ball, Volt Tackle+Icicle Crash coverage, and some actual defenses, I would just die of happiness.

i hate when gamefreak breaks it's own rules like this. this thing is really just a different pokemon. it's not a pikachu. it has a different design, different moves, doesn't share the same evolutionary family, and has it's own gimmick. if it has different stats that will just be another thing that makes this shit completely unrelated to pikachu. they can call it pikachu but it's not the same pokemon.
