Tough shit nigger, you won't be able to have all the stones during your first play. It's only after E4 that you can collect all mega stones.

If incomplete X/Y had stones pre-elite 4, I'm sure B-team will not leave them for post game only. Of course not all stones we can get, but I guarantee some will be available, excluding the hoenn starters and Megagross.

It had a handful of Mega Stones. Lucarionite + the Kanto starters, if I remember correctly. I expect we'll get Hoenn starters Mega Stones when we meet Steven for the first time.
Metagrossite will be event only.
Unless we win some for beating Master Rank contests, I think the rest will all be post-game only.
