I kinda wish they just went the Chansey route and made this its normal evolution.

Blissey pretty much looks like what Mega Chansey would look like anyway and has a similar stat change to boot.

Either way, I like its design. It's wearing a doctor's coat and actually has a "stethoscope" now, rather than just using its ear antennae.

Lopunny's Mega doesn't look like an evolution at all as in "the pokemon grows up and gets better/stronger". It looks like a younger version of Lopunny even. It would look really out of place in a pokedex. Kind of like Ampharos suddenly growing hair or Aerodactyl growing a beard or Blastoise getting a bigger gun would be horrible as regular evolutions.
Audino could be a legit evolution because it basically gets a job.
