Fuck popularity. Megas could have been a way to deal with power creep and might actually still leave the door open to true evolution for some older pokémon that could have used it.

I actually got up to 1600 using it, the only problem was it's made of paper and can't hit very hard. It's good for sticky web and fucking up spore users.

What do you think he should get? I believe that if he hops out of his sarcophagus (pic related), he should have his speed maxed up and def lowered, become a quick special sweeper. Ability should stay with Mummy, since it's his signature and all.

It's hard to find a good stat spread. Cofagrigus is already slow as balls and works better under TR. Even if you were to add 60 points to its speed, it would still get outsped by basically everything. I think the only way it would work is either as a bulky attacker or as a complete physical tank.
