Bruh anything without an immunity to those "dies easily". But that's running the assumption; it hits, they won't switch out, substitute doesn't exist, protect doesn't exist, switching out to sturdy (which makes those moves fail, by the way) and much much more.

A defensive pokemon needs to be on the level of something like Lugia or that fake Fairy/Dragon Multiscale Mega Latias for it to be broken. Things are banned for a good reason, and contrary to popular belief "waah I can't beat it" is never the reason.

Shell Armor is shit by the way, and if you can't beat stall then just fucking git gud. Like just use Toxic holy shit, everything gets it.

He'll probably get more bulk than Suicune and only 5 less HP.
He can run the same Scald/Calm Mind/Rest/Sleep Talk set even more effectively. Shell Armor stops boost ignoring critical hits too, so it's like an insurance policy.

Rest is perfectly valid.

Shell Armor isn't a BAD ability, its just not nearly as good as Regenerator. And Mega-Slowbro should be a better Pokemon than regular Slowbro in general, so I think its a decent enough trade-off.

And now it has the option to run the Mega set or the classic set, so thats good. I don't see it shooting out of UU but it should go up at least a little in usage.

Once you stop using him as a pivot and start setting up, Regenerator kind of becomes pointless. Why would you switch out and loose your boosts?

Though that's assuming you want to run him with stat boosters though. Mega Slowbro seems pretty versatile, which is exciting.

People will just pair it up with Energy Ball Goth (at least in OU) to take out the couple of things that wall it, and then go to town with CM.

You'll have literally no choice but to send in your counter once Slowbro starts setting up and then Goth comes in, kills you, and goes back to Slowbro.
