Png files favor quality of the image rather than using small file size, so even .png's with relatively small dimensions will have bigger file sizes than other image formats.
Also, it's a fucking .png.
It's literally impossible for it to emit audio because it is an image format.
Even if it could emit audio, moot prevents 4chan from playing audio, hence why webm files are silent on 4chan.
