As an Altaria fanboy, my biggest, most-deluded competitive wetdream is that it could get Boomburst, probably as an egg move. It's highly unlikely, I don't expect GameFreak would do it, and I'm just setting myself up for disappointment, but it makes enough potential sense to make me wonder. Pixilate Boomburst would be hilarious and potent enough that I'd love to see it, but it's probably just another /vp/ ridiculous speculation.

If it gets Boomburst, I'd expect it as a tutor move in ORAS.

I'm expecting Hyper Voice to be as good as it gets, but I'm not ruling out Boomburst until we know what tutor moves we're getting.
