does every pokemon for the kalos dex have to be kalos born or can they be imported from bank. I obviously for the national dex it doesn't matter but I have heard that all pokemon that can be found in kalos must be registered kalos born in order to get the egg charm, but I have also heard that they don't

ok thanks, now I will probably get all the different pokemon from the past games so I don't have to grind ridiculous levels. Although gen 5 I probably will still have to because those games don't work on my r4 for some reason and nwfc is gone so the fake gts sites don't work anymore

They have to be registered as "caught", doesn't matter if they're KB or not. However, if they aren't KB and you complete a dex, that ugly pokeball will appear instead of the Kalos pentagon. Do you give a fuck? I didn't.

Gen 6 was the first gen I completed the nation dex. If you count the gen 1 dex as the nation.
Catching the Pokemon is easy as hell this gen, why people still haven't I have no idea.

It's taken me roughly a month starting from scratch, but im currently on my last 19. I'm hatching and leveling them as we speak.

Oval charm alone makes such a huge difference, and when oras comes out, 10 minutes in pokebank and you have that dex complete too.

they better not all have to be kalos for shiny charm.
I'm working on a living shiny dex for bank

Same thing for me, it's probably the fact that you can catch like the 80% alone of the pokémon to begin with, also once yoi got somerhing rare with the gts you can just chain gts everything to get any annouong trade evo and stuff
