I bet you think absolutely everything should be as good as Mega Kangaskhan, but no one should be able to use legendaries EVER EVER EVER.

Like it or not, lots of people prefer the tier system to a game of Game Freak Presents: Power Creep since it segments off things that will never be as good as stuff like Blaziken or Mega Kangaskhan. If it's good somewhere, you should be happy about it. Hell, if you like the mon that's good in a lower tier, unscrunch your sphincter and give that tier a shot on showdown. You might just enjoy it.

Well as opposed to the official meta, where a good half of the megas are either extremely niche or just bad, and where all but a few are never worth using because it means you can't use Mega Mom.

I just hate megas in general, it's a stupid feature that's really ruining the franchise for me.
Instead of giving old pokemon new moves or evolutions, they just slap on a shitty mega.
I can understand a mega in a three line evolution, i guess (Even though they shouldn't be focusing pokemon that already have that many when some of have none) but anything else is just pants on head retarded.
I feel like gamefreak dropped the ball in a lot of ways on X/Y, so much so I won't even buy ORAS until I know for sure it's good, no more buying it just because it's pokemon for me.

You can create a metagame where Pidgeot is king. That doesn't mean Pidgeot is a good competitive Pokemon.
