I'm a drummer, and the beat on the first song is horrendous.

The least you could've done to make it have at least some flow is to use a closed hi-hat, or some other drum fills, or whatever.

I like the second one, but don't want to hear it in a Poke game.

Well yes, but the original version had better dynamics, and added snare accents to give the beat some sort of "flow". It's like, it doesn't sound rough.

But Anon's version, has put very low volume on hi hat, and very high on snare, and it sounds so bad. In fact, you can't hear the hi hat sound if you don't try to hear it, and the snare alone, with no accents or anything for that matter, sounds very bad.
