Aegislash was too good for OU by a lot of peoples' standards. It held back more than it made flourish, which concentrated more of the power in the top few mons in the tier. "Designed for competitive" or not, that doesn't make it healthy for the metagame. I'm sure Mega Kang was designed for competitive as well, but that doesn't make her healthy.
Blaziken is one of the best support sweepers in ubers, and can OHKO even more of the OU metagame than it has any right to.
M-Gengar destroyed entire playstyles and is a cancer even in ubers.
M-Lucario was extremely potent at any set it could run, wildly unpredictable, and fast as fuck with every relevant priority in the game, most of which with double STAB.
M-Mawile hits just as hard as M-Lucario with non-STAB attacks, has a ludicrously good defensive typing with Intimidate and great base defense, and can pick its counters just like Lucario. Not as versatile but nearly as potent.
Swagger made otherwise normal games extremely long and drawn out with no real skill on the side of the Swagfag. He just had to get lucky or make the opponent quit. I'm glad it's gone.

The best players get to vote on what they think will make the metagame better and are encouraged to abuse the fuck out of a suspect on the normal ladder so they know both sides of the argument.
