It's already a pretty good support in VGC. Second fastest Draco in the format, behind Salamence, so it'll take out other Dragons pretty easily. Frisk is invaluable for winning the information game. It's also got an extremely fast Taunt, Tailwind support, and Super Fang to chunk bulky Pokemon to make them easier for your partner to deal with.

Frisk can be pretty important, but Infiltrator is a life saver at times

You meant to say SpAtt should be increased to >=100

+ means you add. You could have also framed it as "... to 100+" and let it state an implied variable of 100 plus X.

What physical options does it have?
Giving it huge power wpuld put it at base 130Atk making it pretty viable... Then again huge power doesn't sound like a solution to everything.

Huge power doubles physical stats and from what i remember it has 65Atk which means it'd have 130Atk.
Alltho giving it a new ability that works with the special stats sounds even more broken than aerilate.
Damn now i immagined GF releasing aerilate Noveirn as a Japan only event and /vp/ raging about it.
This gives me a huge hard on.

Huge Power doubles the actual Attack stat, not the base stat. Noivern has a base Attack of 70, meaning it has 90 Attack at level 50 with a 31 IV and no EV investment. This would be boosted to 180 Attack by Huge Power, which is the equivalent of having a base 175 Attack.
