The raw power of Keldeo's STAB moves is the biggest thing it has over Greninja (yeah its bulkier too, but these are offensive mons). It has so many answers, and while burning them is certainly a good thing, I don't think the ability to burn potential counters is enough to make Keldeo S-rank. Just my opinion, though.
