Touhou Puppet Play or Touhoumon is the only good one I can think of. Played v1.8 a while back. A hack of Fire Red, it added all of Johto to the game, and a scaled leveling where you'll need to go all the way to Level 100 to finish off Red on Mt. Silver.
Of course, if Touhou is not your thing, then it might not be for you, but its a completely different Pokemon Hack. Some different types, a few changed/different attacks, all of them have changed movepools and stat gains to match the Touhou.
