Less speed, more bulk. Stockpile, Synthesis, 2 STAB attacks. Thick Fat would be preferable but Mega Venusaur already exists.

Maybe a new ability for Mega Slaking would be better, maybe something like "Risky", where he can attack every turn, but gets recoil damage for any move he uses, because he's not respecting his body that needs to rest.
