If anyone cares, the MegaChomp set is Hone Claws, Iron Tail, Earthquake, Draco Meteor, with max attack investment, high SpA investment, and large-ish SpDef investment (if 31/31/31/31/31/x like intended would have more in HP instead SpDef)
IV's are ideally 100 HP / 252 Attack / Rest into SpAt.
