If you like it, more power to you, but looking ati it without preference in mind, Dragonith's mega is just so sloppy. "Clunky" doesn't even begin to describe the design choices. Red clashes hard with the design, multiple "X"s that take away from the visual impression of the main one, a random tail.. thing.. making the arms cannons isn't a horrible idea, but that's about it. The actual skill of the artist needs work as well. You can tell this was whipped up with little to no creativity or thought.
The actual mega is pretty damn well designed. It's a natural extension of the purpose of the evolution line, and still keeps that "tank" feel while emphasizing the psychic nature, which was somewhat underrepresented with it visually before. The subtle nods to Metang are a nice touch too.
But who cares? I'm just happy our bro is getting a badass mega. Fucking cheers to that, right?
