It's tough to say. On one hand, X/Y are the only release they did this for, so it may be unlikely. On the other hand, they seem to have sold very well and a bundle serves as a good incentive to those who don't have have a 3ds, many who might Hoenn fans who never got into later systems.
I say there's a 50% chance, only time will tell for sure.
