Charizard beats nearly everything under max 100 base speed that doesn't resist Fire. Last move is almost never used; I only ever used Ancient Power once to OHKO a Talonflame that didn't carry a Charti Berry (I know one set does) and led with Sunny Day. Maison Charizards have Charti Berry or Choice Scarf, and both of those have Rock Slide. Hydreigon/Garchomp/most other Dragons carry Rock Slide, so HP Ice is wasted since I just switch to Gliscor. Earthquake just doesn't do as much as neutral sun Flamethrower, even with 4x weakness, so it's literally just for Heatran.
Gliscor switches in on Aerodactyl, Archeops, the occasional scarf Braviary with Rock Slide, Jolteon, Electrode, Manectric (if it doesn't have Overheat), etc. Can also toxic stall, or PP stall if you really need to (Sheer Cold Walrein).
Dragonite@WP sometimes really gets going with Dragon Dance+WP activating on the same turn. However, Yache Berry lets you survive unexpectedly fast Blizzards or Quick Claw Ice Beams, put a large dent with Dragon Claw, then ESpeed the rest of it. I personally prefer Yache.
This got me to 50 but the first time I battled the singles Chatelaine, Gliscor did 90% of the work so take it as you will.
