I never understood some of steel's resistances though. Psychics bending spoons seems to imply it would be weak to it. I thought rock would break steel, but I guess not. Water not being SE is probably more an issue of balance because rust and corrosion are very real. Grass not being weak to it is probably for similar reasons.
