Destiny Knot passes down 5IVs from both parents randomly. IE - A 3IV and a 6IV can breed and have a 5IV egg if the Destiny Knot's chosen IVs from the parents are perfect (Sorry for bad explanation)
Power items also pass down that set IV. IE - Power Lens passes down Special Attack IV of Pokemon held
Everstone passes down nature of held Pokemon
Foreign parent (different language tag) + Native parent (Pokemon with your game's language tag) for higher shiny rate
and finally
Females pass down their Pokeballs

Basically,the maxemise the best chance at getting High IV shiny offspring, get two 6IV parents and make sure one is holding a Destiny Knot.

You don't have to use a native parent, the parents just have to be different languages from each other. You can use German + French on an English game and it still works.

On an unrelated note I hate that the box view of your pic doesn't somehow integrate the ball it's in the way that same screen looks when looking at it from within your team. Just show the single ball instead of acting like you'd have to show all 30!

I don't have power saves but I know that cloning leaves some junk data. When people shiny-fy a Mon it changes their id, but I'm not sure about just changing gender if that will change much. You'll still be able to get it past legality checkers as far as I know

I'm going for some of the pokemon that are getting Megas in ORAS, I'm working on Sableye right now and I'm going to go for Lopunny after that. One of my favourite shinis is Carbink though, so I'd reccomend that as well.
