checks a lot of OU mons and counters talonshit easily

Run timid with hp ice, t-bolt, volt switch, and either overheat or flamethrower for scizors and ferrothorns. hp ice is for the dragons and t-bolt is for STAB. Its really fucking fast with base 135 speed, which outspeeds almost every unboosted mon out there.
