I'm hyped for the megas, Mega Swampert and the possibility of megas for Milotic, Claydol, Flygon, the Fossil evos and some other less powerful 'mon that could use them (maybe Plusle and Minun) as well as the Secret Base and the New Contests. I might actually just go and do Contests in ORAS.

Pinball for the games would actually be a great idea! Instead of casino games, carnival/arcade games. Plus, Gen III did make a sequel to Pokemon Pinball, so they could add a small Pinball game as a reference to Pokemon Pinball: Ruby & Sapphire.

Agreed. They've gotten better about giving the evil teams a wide variety of Pokemon, especially in BW2 and XY, so I hope that carries over into ORAS. There's no excuse for them to use only 3 or 4 different lines.

Though considering GF's track record with remakes, I'm worried they'll follow Ruby/Sapphire too closely. If that's the case, Aqua and Magma might not even have the Wailmer and Baltoy they got in Emerald. From the looks of it, Archie and Maxie still have only three mons, so that's one area they didn't try to improve.

Speaking of trainer rosters, I hope ORAS has some Emerald teams. Especially for trainers like Liza & Tate who were greatly improved from RS to E.

The three beasts haven't been legitimately avialable since HGSS, and they were available in FRLG so maybe they'll add them here. Same with Palkia/Dialga/Giratina, that black island at the top of the map could be an entrance to the Distortion World. I'd prefer if Deoxys and Jirachi weren't events, but so be it I guess just as long as Ho-Oh and Lugia aren't.

I'm not really excited. With the addition of megas and the redesigns I don't even know If I'll want to play the games. After all it's more of the same shit anyway. But for things I'd like them to have I guess it should be a better rewarded Battle Frontier, fix the level gap between 8th gym and E4, gym rematches and other regions gym leaders battles.

I hope for a better post-game like yes, more legendaries to catch and then the battle frontier (which isn't on the map but i bet they'll be saving it for later just like how Kiloude city was blocked in the Kalos map?)
I would love to see more development from characters. I hope there's more from the rival than giving up at the end after losing to you and more wally and more battles and he gets the rival theme pls gamefreak T_T
More character development from gym leaders, the elite four, more important npc characters
and the team leaders i hope they don't just disappear after the game though and somehow can still interact with them would be cool.

Better Pokemon variety in plot-relevant Trainers period. I wouldn't mind having more Pokemon in the Hoenn Dex if this could be a thing.

Team Magma could get the lines of Sandshrew, Geodude, Trapinch, Vulpix, Magmar (duh) or Houndour.

Team Aqua can get the lines of Spheal, Corphish, Gyarados, or I don't know any of the fucking vast pool of Water-types in the game.

Norman needs to have his Emerald lineup or better. There should be more available Ghost and Ice-types for Phoebe and Glacia so I don't have to see the same evo line fucking THRICE in one game.

The lack of wild legendary event since Gen V pisses me off a little. I just want a little something more from the TV mechanic we've been stuck with since Gen III. Maybe the opportunity to actually watch some shows. To actually see ourselves on TV when the news reporters drag us into it. To see some fictional superheroes or news bulletins or SOMETHING. I mean come the fuck on, you know?
