Its Sp. Attack increase is minor, its not faster, and for some reason they wasted points increasing its useless attack stat.
And its weak to Foul Play, so its only going to get harder by it.
Latias-M is Uber material potentially, Latios-M /might/ be Borderline if not regular UU if Latios itself wasn't so good.
