Really? Only 40? I thought it was more! The thing is, they were dishing out fanservice initially in the series and now they seemed to stop, which is why I thought that the Serena service hype was over.

Yeah, but other than that, the whole PokeVision in the next episode won't be so much about Serena as about all the other Pokemon, since it's a group thing. Serena's just the one in charge of it.

Well, it's not like PokeVision is something Serena does, though for episodes where they might have to change clothes and such, they'll probably do that. They did in the movie, anyway.
